Different Types of Office Chairs
We exist in a world which is complete business oriented. The fast rising office buildings and the skyscrapers in minor and major cities and the business centers present around the world are an exceptional example to give the proof of this fact. Therefore offices are increasingly becoming a hard working professional’s second home. An important part of a person’s office space and routine is the working chair. For many people this is the place where they spend 90% of their office time. Especially with the advancement in the communication technology, a person present in another country is just a few clicks away. It sure makes sense then to have an office chair which best describes and fits your office work routine. There are varying types of office chairs but it should be kept in mind that the chair provides lumbar support no matter how stylish it is. The different types of office chairs are:

Operator Seating: These office chairs are the one’s which have casters at the bottom and can swivel about. They can be adjusted to different weights and heights. It is a popular office chair because of its features which serves many people in a day.

Executive Fabric: These office chairs are very much similar to the operator chairs. These even are adjustable, have casters at the bottom and can swivel around. The prime difference between this chair and the operator chair is that there is much more padding on the seat. Therefore these chairs are usually more comfortable than the operator chairs. Another feature of this chair is its ability to recline. But these chairs are more expensive than the operating chairs.

Leather and Mesh Chair: These chairs mostly refer to the type of materials used in their padding. Leather and Mesh can be used as a padding material for the simple operator chairs as well as for the more expensive and luxurious executive chairs. Most of the people are familiar with the leather material and mesh very much looks like a net. Therefore mesh chairs are cooler than the leather chairs but leather chairs are softer than mesh chairs.

Recliners: As the title describes recliners are the chairs which are mostly bigger in size, they are more padded with the feature of reclining and are mostly equipped with a footstool of the similar padding material.

Visitor and Reception: Such kinds of office chairs are mostly stationary. As the visitors are not expected to move from the place where they are seated reception and visitor chairs are mostly simpler chairs than the others. These chairs can easily sit a visitor from across the room or table; they do have any castor wheels.

Conference Chairs: The style of these chairs largely depends on the design of the office. Conference chairs can range from operator seating chairs to recliner chairs.

The types of office chairs listed above are just few of the wide range of chairs you can choose from. The office chair designs have been improved regularly to be able to match the current lifestyles. There are very less chances that you won’t be able to find a good office chair.
